Refund policy

At Woozy Beverages, we take great care in delivering your order with high-quality packaging and timely service. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The request is made within 1 hour of placing the order, and

  • The order has not yet been dispatched.

To cancel your order, please email us at support@woozybar.com with your order number. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or leaking product at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • One or more items are missing from the order.

In such cases, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing s drink.woozy@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear images of the product/issue

  3. A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will initiate:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • If the product is opened or partially consumed

  • If the return request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • If you change your mind about the flavor or taste

  • If the original packaging or label is missing

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@woozybar.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Your request (refund or replacement)

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
