Arbitration Clause

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or question arising out of or in relation to any transaction, order, service, product, or interpretation of any terms associated with Woozy Beverages — including but not limited to order fulfillment, delays, returns, refunds, or breach of any agreement — the same shall be referred to arbitration.

If both parties mutually agree, the dispute shall be submitted to a sole Arbitrator. If no agreement is reached on a single Arbitrator, each party shall appoint one Arbitrator, and the two appointed Arbitrators shall nominate a third, who will act as the Presiding Arbitrator.

All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any amendments or re-enactments thereof.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be mutually decided by the parties, or in the absence of such mutual agreement, determined by the appointed Arbitrator(s). The language of the arbitration shall be English.

The decision or award made by the Arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties and enforceable in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
